This document reports a flare of magnitude -2. The event was spotted during an observation of other objects on Tue, 16/10/2012 UTC through video recording taken under fair sky conditions. The satellite was continuously observed for 40 s. The flare lasted 30 s and the magnitude changed from 4 to -2 (uncertainty 1 mag., estimated by experience).
