This document reports a flash of magnitude 1. The event was spotted during an observation of other objects on Tue, 20/11/2012 UTC through video recording taken under fair sky conditions. The satellite was continuously observed for 40 s. The flash lasted 0.2 s and the magnitude changed from 5 to 1 (uncertainty 1 mag., estimated by experience). However, the brightest flash probably occurred after the observation window (the actual magnitude change might be greater than observed); the maximum of the observed part was at 05:09:23 +/- 1 s.
