This document reports a flare of magnitude -2. The event was spotted during an observation of other objects on Sun, 25/11/2012 UTC through video recording taken under good sky conditions. The satellite was continuously observed for 25 s. The flare lasted 20 s and the magnitude changed from 4 to -2 (uncertainty 1 mag., estimated by experience). The peak occurred at 04:41:32 +/- 1 s.
