This document reports a flare of magnitude 0. The event was spotted during an observation of other objects on Wed, 07/11/2012 UTC through video recording taken under good sky conditions. The satellite was continuously observed for 12 s while it was moving (around 0.5 deg/s) toward North-North-West. The flare lasted 12 s and the magnitude changed from 5 to 0 (uncertainty 0.5 mag., estimated by direct comparison with stars). The peak occurred at 16:51:22 +/- 1 s within the observation window.
