This document reports a flash of magnitude 0. The event was not predicted but observed on Sun, 08/06/2014 UTC, during a planned observation of this satellite with binoculars under fair sky conditions from COSPAR Station 6242. The satellite was continuously observed for 2 min. The flash lasted 0.5 s and the magnitude changed from 4 to 0 (uncertainty 1 mag., estimated by experience).
