This document reports a flare of magnitude -3. The event was accidentally noted on Fri, 27/06/2014 UTC, (despite no observation was planned) and observed with the unaided-eye under poor sky conditions from COSPAR Station 8336. The satellite was continuously observed while it was moving (around 0.5 deg/s) toward North-North-East. The flare lasted 10 s and the magnitude changed from invisible to -3 (uncertainty 1 mag., estimated by experience). The peak occurred at 02:52:53 +/- 1 s.
