This document reports a flare of magnitude 1. The event was not predicted but observed on Sun, 18/10/2015 UTC, during a planned observation of this satellite with the unaided-eye under fair sky conditions from COSPAR Station 8336. The satellite was continuously observed while it was moving fast (around 1 deg/s) toward North. The flare lasted 10 s and the magnitude changed from invisible to 1 (uncertainty 1 mag., estimated by experience). The peak occurred at 00:17:00 +/- 1 s within the observation window. only 1 seen. http://satobs.org/seesat/Oct-2015/0122.html.
