This document reports a flare of magnitude 8. The event was not predicted but observed on Sun, 06/03/2016 UTC, during a planned observation of this satellite with binoculars under fair sky conditions from COSPAR Station 8336. The satellite was continuously observed for 20 s but no satellite's movement was perceived (geostationary). The magnitude changed from invisible to 8 (uncertainty 1 mag., estimated by experience). The peak occurred at 02:12:38 +/- 1 s.
