This document reports a steady brightness behaviour. The behaviour was predicted and observed on Sun, 03/07/2016 UTC with binoculars under poor sky conditions from COSPAR Station 8336. The satellite was continuously observed. Over the interval of 31 s the brightness was steady at magnitude 6 (uncertainty 1 mag., estimated by experience). The centre of the observed steady behaviour was at 03:31:00 +/- 1 s.
