This document reports a flare of magnitude 4. The event was spotted during an observation of other objects on Wed, 05/10/2022 UTC with binoculars under bad sky conditions from COSPAR Station 8336. The satellite was continuously observed but no satellite's movement was perceived (geostationary). The flare lasted 10 min and the satellite reached the magnitude 4 (uncertainty 0.5 mag., estimated by experience). The peak occurred at 08:14:00 +/- 30 s. REAPPEARANCE..
