This document reports a flash of magnitude 3. The event was not predicted but observed on Thu, 03/11/2022 UTC, during a planned observation of this satellite with binoculars under good sky conditions from COSPAR Station 8336. The satellite was continuously observed while it was moving (around 0.5 deg/s) toward South-South-East. The flash lasted 1 s and the magnitude changed from invisible to 3 (uncertainty 0.5 mag., estimated by experience). The brightest flash probably occurred at 00:21:00 +/- 1 s.
