This document reports a flare of magnitude -2. The event was not predicted but observed on Tue, 30/10/2012 UTC, during a planned observation of this satellite with the unaided-eye under poor sky conditions from COSPAR Station 8336. The satellite was continuously observed. The flare lasted 25 s and the satellite reached the magnitude -2 (uncertainty 1 mag., estimated by experience). The peak occurred at 00:48:12 +/- 1 s.
