This document reports a flash of magnitude 1. The event was accidentally noted on Tue, 29/07/2014 UTC, (despite no observation was planned) and observed with the unaided-eye under good sky conditions from COSPAR Station 8336. The satellite was continuously observed while it was moving fast (around 1 deg/s) toward North-East. The flash lasted 2 s and the magnitude changed from 4 to 1 (uncertainty 1 mag., estimated by experience). The brightest flash probably occurred at 03:04:51 +/- 1 s.
