This document reports a steady brightness behaviour. The behaviour was spotted during an observation of other objects on Tue, 18/10/2022 UTC with binoculars under excellent sky conditions from COSPAR Station 8336. The satellite was continuously observed while it was moving (around 0.5 deg/s) toward South-East. Over the interval of 10 s the brightness was steady at magnitude 5.2 (uncertainty 0.2 mag., estimated by direct comparison with stars). The centre of the observed steady behaviour was at 00:31:40 +/- 1 s. new to me =eps Eql (5.2)..
