This document reports a yellow flare of magnitude 5. The event was not predicted but observed on Thu, 06/10/2022 UTC, during a planned observation of this satellite with binoculars under bad sky conditions from COSPAR Station 8336. The satellite was continuously observed but no satellite's movement was perceived (geostationary). The flare lasted 10 min and the satellite reached the magnitude 5 (uncertainty 0.5 mag., estimated by experience). The peak occurred at 08:02:00 +/- 1 min.
