This document reports a steady brightness behaviour. The behaviour was spotted during an observation of other objects on Sun, 23/10/2022 UTC with binoculars under fair sky conditions from COSPAR Station 8336. The satellite was continuously observed while it was moving (around 0.5 deg/s) toward East-North-East. Over the interval of 15 s the brightness was steady at magnitude 5.3 (uncertainty 0.2 mag., estimated by direct comparison with stars). The centre of the observed steady behaviour was at 00:30:55 +/- 1 s. =32 Aqr..
