This document reports a steady brightness behaviour. The behaviour was observed on Fri, 20/01/2023 UTC, during a planned observation of this satellite with binoculars under excellent sky conditions from COSPAR Station 8336. The satellite was continuously observed while it was moving (around 0.5 deg/s) toward South-South-East. Over the interval of 10 s the brightness was steady at magnitude 5 (uncertainty 0.5 mag., estimated by experience). The centre of the observed steady behaviour was at 00:50:58 +/- 1 s.
