This document reports a flare of magnitude 3. The event was not predicted but observed on Thu, 26/01/2023 UTC, during a planned observation of this satellite with binoculars under good sky conditions from COSPAR Station 8336. The satellite was observed while it was moving (around 0.5 deg/s) toward South. The flare lasted 24 s and the magnitude changed from 5 to 3 (uncertainty 0.5 mag., estimated by experience). The peak occurred at 01:14:30 +/- 1 s.
