This document reports a flare of magnitude 8. The event was not predicted but observed on Sat, 27/09/2014 UTC, during a planned observation of this satellite with telescope under excellent sky conditions from COSPAR Station 8338. The satellite was continuously observed but no satellite's movement was perceived (geostationary). The flare lasted 3 min 20 s and the satellite reached the magnitude 8 (uncertainty 1 mag., estimated by experience). The peak occurred at 02:27:04 +/- 1 s.
