This document reports a flash of magnitude 5. The event was not predicted but observed on Mon, 20/05/2013 UTC, during a planned observation of this satellite with binoculars under good sky conditions. The satellite was continuously observed for 20 s while it was moving slowly (around 0.2 deg/s) toward down and left. The flash lasted 0.2 s and the magnitude changed from invisible to 5 (uncertainty 0.5 mag., estimated by direct comparison with stars). The brightest flash probably occurred at 20:18:02 +/- 1 s within the observation window.
