This document reports a variation of color/brightness. The event was not predicted but observed on Fri, 07/06/2013 UTC, during a planned observation of this satellite with binoculars under fair sky conditions. The satellite was continuously observed for 25 s and only a slight movement was perceived (< 0.1 deg/s) toward up and left. The variation of color/brightness lasted 25 s and the magnitude changed from 6 to 4.5 (uncertainty 0.5 mag., estimated by direct comparison with stars). The peak occurred at 20:25:22 +/- 1 s within the observation window.
