This document reports a flare of magnitude 0. The event was accidentally noted on Wed, 26/12/2012 UTC, (despite no observation was planned) and observed with the unaided-eye under good sky conditions from COSPAR Station 8336. The satellite was continuously observed. The flare lasted 36 s and the magnitude changed from invisible to 0 (uncertainty 1 mag., estimated by experience). The peak occurred at 00:35:52 +/- 1 s.
